Visiting Patients

At our medical center, we deeply value the presence of family and friends, as it plays a vital role in supporting the well-being and recovery of our patients. To ensure the comfort and safety of all patients, we kindly ask that visitors adhere to the designated visiting hours outlined below and limit the number of visitors to no more than two per patient at any given time.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours for general care units are from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM daily. Please note that specialized units, such as the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)،Transplantation Unit، or Dialysis unit, may have different visiting schedules. In certain cases, nursing staff may impose temporary restrictions on visiting times for individual patients to prioritize their care and recovery.

Guidelines for Visiting Children

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and are permitted to visit only during approved visiting hours. For the safety of patients, children are not allowed to visit the Intensive Care Unit,Transplantation Unit,or patients undergoing dialysis.

What to Bring

To maintain the specialized environment and care standards in our units, we do not permit live plants or cut flowers to be brought or delivered to patients. Additionally, many patients, particularly those with kidney disease, have specific dietary restrictions. We strongly recommend consulting with the nursing staff before bringing or offering any food or beverages to a patient.

Communicable Diseases

To protect the health of our patients, we kindly ask visitors who are experiencing symptoms of illness, such as a cough, cold, or sore throat, to refrain from visiting. Furthermore, individuals who have been exposed to contagious diseases (e.g., chickenpox, tuberculosis, mumps, or measles) within the past three weeks should contact the nursing staff of the patient’s care unit before visiting. In some cases, visitation may be restricted to prevent potential health risks to patients.

Patient Status Inquiries

Family and friends may inquire about a patient’s status between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM by calling (21) 88644461. Our operators will forward your call to the appropriate ward, where you may speak directly with the patient’s nurse. For patients in the Intensive Care Unit, only inquiries from immediate family members will be forwarded.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our staff.
